Exchange

You may do a one-time 1-to-1 exchange for your product within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with packaging and tags intact.

Please note: Earrings, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, email us at sales.shoppurl@gmail.com with your name, order number, and which items you'd like to exchange for.

MaisonPurl reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with our exchange policy.

Returns

We accept returns under the following options:

  • Cash refund: Within 7 days of purchase (or upon receiving your order) via the original payment method.
  • Store credit: Within 14 days of purchase (or upon receiving your order). Store credits are valid for 6 months from issue.

Returns must be made at the original store of purchase within the above stipulated time frame. For eligibility enquiries about store credit, please email sales.shoppurl@gmail.com.

Send items back to us within 14 days for local orders. Items must be in original, unworn condition with packaging and tags intact. All items must be shipped in the original box to avoid damage — any returns with damage will not be refunded.

Not eligible for returns: Permanent Jewelry, Earrings, Home Goods, Sale Items and Bespoke Jewelry.

MaisonPurl reserves the right to reject any returns request that does not comply with our returns policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us at sales.shoppurl@gmail.com with a clear photo of the defect or the wrong item, along with your name and order number. We'll help you straight away.

How long does processing take?

Once we receive the package, it takes up to 5 business days to process the return and issue a refund. We'll send an email when your return is processed. Refunds can take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your bank statement.
