Delivery Timelines
- Singapore — Standard: 3–5 business days. Free above S$120; S$5 otherwise.
- Singapore — Express: 1–2 business days. Flat S$12.
- International: 7–14 business days. Rates shown at checkout, tailored to destination.
Processing Time
Orders are packed within 1–2 working days. Weekend / public holiday orders ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent to your email once the parcel leaves our studio. If you did not receive it, check spam or email sales@maisonpurl.com with your order number.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes. These are borne by the recipient. If a parcel is refused, original shipping fees and any return charges will be deducted from the refund.
