Returns & Refunds

Eligibility

• Request within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, with original packaging and tags intact.
• Not returnable: earrings, bespoke pieces, permanent jewelry, home goods, and sale items.

How to Start

1. Email sales@maisonpurl.com with your name, order number, and item(s) to return.
2. We’ll reply with approval and the return address. Please ship in the original box to avoid damage.
3. Send the parcel within 7 days of approval and share the tracking link.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
